Manufacturing – Fertilizer grinder

Following a contract with a market leader agricultural company, we have developed a production line for fertilizer grinders. Some of the equipment was manufactured in our own production workshop, and following testing, we have assembled them on-site.

Research and development

In cooperation with external organizations, we undertook a large-scale research and development project. We have now almost reached the final stage. The development is based on the conscious use of renewable energy forms: We have developed prototypes of pellet-fired heating equipment.

Pipe cutting with plasma jet

New perspectives in classical technology! The equipment fleet of Layer Kft has been expanded with a 260 A plasma/flame cutting machine equipped with a 3D head. The workbench of the equipment has a 12 x 2.5 meter usable area that may be used for angle cutting and beveling. In addition the sheet metal forming, we also handle pipe cutting for sizes up to 6000 mm in length and 300 mm in diameter.
